I.
List of Bilingual translator duties:
- Delivers an optimal guest experience, while managing all situations that may develop
- Communicates with Distributors, Media, Government Officials and Corporate staff
- Answers questions and/or finds the right answers to questions from staff and guests. Provides knowledgeable "off script" answers, as needed.
- Represents the company to Distributors, VIPs and the general public in a professional and informative manner by conducting educational tours of the Experience Center facilities, utilizing established tour routes, exhibits, and tour scripts.
- Independently leads/guides groups of up to 250 guests
- Learns tour scripts and shares that information verbally with the public in English or other language.
- Coordinates more than one group tour at a time
- Supports the maintenance and use of translation equipment and works with translators while on tours.
- Assists in planning, setup, and cleanup of all tours and special events.
- Maintains and cleans the displays on the tour route.
- Assists the Front Desk, Gift Shop and Event Team.
- Refills disposable cups and e-Spring water dispensers.
- Sanitizes e-Spring water dispensers

List of Bilingual translator qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of Interpretation/Translation experience in corporate environment (no tour guide/school office related experience)
- Simultaneous interpretation
- Experience in Manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
- Some business travel and evening conferences with Japan HQ will be involved
- Current US work authorization a MUST; we strongly prefer the candidates who has US permanent work authorization
